Remotely rebooting a client computer can be done easily without interrupting or restarting the session.
Restarting can be initiated from the remote computer. To do this, open the SupportHopper window running on the remote machine, then use the "Restart Computer" submenu found under the hamburger menu in the upper left corner. Following a confirmation prompt, the restart process will begin. At this point, the screen connection will be interrupted, and the remote user will need to respond to any on-screen prompts related to the restart. Once the user logs back in with the same credentials after the restart, SupportHopper will automatically launch, and the support person will automatically connect to the screen.
