How to join a screen sharing session

SupportHopper allows easy remote assistance via unique 9-digit codes. Support staff can control customer screens using Viewer, ensuring secure assistance.

When a customer needs support from the support team, they will be asked to download and run the SupportHopper Sharer application. This application will generate a unique 9-digit code that the customer will share with the support staff. The support staff will then use this code to connect to the customer's computer and initiate a screen sharing session.

To join the screen sharing session, the support staff will need to launch the SupportHopper Viewer application and log in using their registered email address and password. Once logged in, they will be prompted to enter the 9-digit code provided by the customer. After entering the code, the support staff will be able to view and control the customer's screen, and provide remote assistance as needed.

It's important to note that customers should only share the 9-digit code with the support staff they trust, as this code allows the support staff to access their computer and view their screen. Additionally, customers should ensure that the SupportHopper Sharer application is closed once the screen sharing session is complete, to prevent any unauthorized access to their computer.
