Start a secure screen sharing session using our Sharer app's unique 9-digit code. Support staff access this via the Viewer app. Close Sharer to end.
To start a screen sharing session, the customer who needs help from the support staff should download and run the Sharer application. The Sharer application will display a unique 9-digit code that the customer needs to share with the support staff. The support staff can then enter this code into their Viewer application to establish a secure screen sharing session.
To end the screen sharing session, the customer can simply close the sharer application.
